    The Order Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving order discrepancies and ensuring accurate, timely completion of customer orders across warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role serves as a key liaison between warehouse, inventory, customer service, and sales teams to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and drive resolution to completion.

    This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies related to picking, inventory, surplus orders, repairs, and RMAs
    • Review order details and identify issues related to quantities, condition, or fulfillment accuracy
    • Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment teams to correct discrepancies
    • Communicate updates and resolutions internally to ensure smooth order processing
    • Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Receiving, and Inventory teams to maintain workflow accuracy
    • Assist in resolving issues related to missing or mislabeled inventory
    • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
    • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of issues and resolutions within internal systems
    • Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of critical order issues
    • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

    E ducation & Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or logistics preferred
    • Experience with inventory systems or order management systems preferred

    Physical Demands
    • Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
    • Frequent walking
    • Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion
    • Lifting requirements based on operational needs

    Compensation
    The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $20.00–$22.50 per hour.
    Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Qualifications

    · Must have organizational knowledge of the Department of Defense and the Department of the US Army.

    · Must have a thorough knowledge of federal acquisition/procurement and contract management practices, to include understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

    · Must be capable of managing and working multiple opportunities simultaneously

    · Must demonstrate tracking and prioritization, assembling teams, developing winning solutions, and organizing and leading the pursuit process

    · Must have the ability to research and gather relevant information to address customer hot buttons, recommend features and benefits of a proposed solution, and recommend win themes for proposal sections

    · Strong understanding of IDIQs, GWACs, Schedules, RFPs, and fixed price, cost reimbursable, and cost plus requirements

    · Strong understanding of the proposal writing process

    · Possess and display high ethical and business standards

    · Superior written and verbal communication skills

    · Be able to work effectively under stress and tight deadlines, processing information quickly and accurately with superior attention to detail

    · Ability to work overtime, often with limited advance notice

    · Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Office, in particular Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

    · Trained in the Shipley Capture Planning process or equivalent process

    · Ability to work within and foster a positive, collaborative work environment, demonstrate a professional attitude, and meet established goals and responsibilities while working in cooperation with colleagues
