Job Summary OSC is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Kennesaw, GA office. The Customer Service Representatives assist with customer account questions, concerns, orders, errors, billing, cancellations and other queries. This position must uphold the quality control standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Multiple positions are available.The successful candidates will have fast and accurate typing skills; critical thinking skills; exceptional attention to detail; and a passion for customer service. Starting Pay: $13.50 per hour for English-speaking employees $14.00 per hour for bi-lingual (English / Spanish) employees Hours: Second shift hours only: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. . . . . OR . . .1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Responsibilities and Duties * Answer inbound calls for assigned lender relationships including assisting callers with questions regarding letters or charges for insurance; obtaining proof of coverage; etc. * Work on call queues and call agency number given to obtain proof of insurance coverage. Some accounts may require a call to the customer to obtain current insurance agency or carrier information.

    • Check insurance websites for proof of coverage and print proof for data entry * Contact agent to verify Break In Coverage (BIC) dates * Assist Customer Service Coordinator as needed * Help in all other (Non Assigned) queues for other accounts when needed * Attend departmental meetings as requested * Maintain appropriate, professional working relationships with clients and other employees Qualifications and Skills: * High school diploma or GED is required. Preference will be given to those with a college degree. * One year of prior customer service experience is required. * One year of home and/or auto insurance experience (in insurance agency or insurance company setting) is required. * Exceptional attention to detail is required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong computer skills and ability to use technology effectively and efficiently, including strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Ability and willingness to work extra hours as needed. * Bilingual candidates preferred (English and Spanish) Were looking for long-term employees who want to grow within our business.
