Job Summary OSC is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Kennesaw, GA office. The Customer Service Representatives assist with customer account questions, concerns, orders, errors, billing, cancellations and other queries. This position must uphold the quality control standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Multiple positions are available.The successful candidates will have fast and accurate typing skills; critical thinking skills; exceptional attention to detail; and a passion for customer service. Starting Pay: $13.50 per hour for English-speaking employees $14.00 per hour for bi-lingual (English / Spanish) employees Hours: Second shift hours only: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. . . . . OR . . .1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Responsibilities and Duties * Answer inbound calls for assigned lender relationships including assisting callers with questions regarding letters or charges for insurance; obtaining proof of coverage; etc. * Work on call queues and call agency number given to obtain proof of insurance coverage. Some accounts may require a call to the customer to obtain current insurance agency or carrier information.
