  • Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for sourcing, development, onboarding facilitation, and management of vendors for the Radwell PIX (Partnership Inventory Exchange) program.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Pre-vetting and qualifying target vendors for the program
    • Conduct overview calls of PIX program and pitch the value offering to target vendors
    • Owns PIX relationships with vendors and is responsible for driving growth within the program.
    • Works closely with purchasing, receiving and quality teams to oversee the process flow for their vendor accounts
    • Responsible for all communication efforts and ensuring all inquiries, complaints, and data requests are addressed. You are the primary contact for your PIX vendors within the organization.
    • Provides monthly sales analytics to each Vendor and management, which outlines sales results and month over month comparisons.
    • Oversees and ensures that we get accurate data files in appropriate formatting in conjunction with IT resources as needed
    • Maximizes profits through increased discounts and rebate agreements through negotiation with vendors in coordination with the pricing team
    • Build relationships with the vendors to ensure they push Radwell as their top sales partner internally and ensuring the program succeeds.
    • Supports activities and initiatives to drive PIX program signups and sales sourced through the PIX vendor channel .
    • Looking at PIX vendor opportunities through a strategic lens. If a vendor is not a good fit or not interested in PIX, hand off opportunity to other departments for further business development (channel partnerships, punchout, M&A, etc.)
    • Required to travel as needed ~~. ~~. Assessing vendors on-site through inventory & facility walkthroughs.

    May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

    METRICS

    · Sales results: $ volume of sales through PIX Vendors, Gross Margin % on sales through PIX Vendors

    · Goal is to achieve predefined sales and margin targets for program for 2025 and beyond

    · Number of vendors approached and new PIX account signups

    · Other metrics may be introduced as program is developed further

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous sales and/or purchasing experience required (preferred previous titles include Account Executive, Supplier Development, Relationship Manager, etc.)
    • · Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks required.
    • · Excellent presentation skills
    • · Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.
    • · Ability to pull and create reports analytically to show progress.
    • · Ability to use PowerBI as a viewer of dashboards and obtain data is preferred

    • Driver’s License
    • Passport for travel to CAN and MX for vendors based there

    WORK SCHEDULE __

    8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday.

    This is a minimum expectation. Often projects and assignments will extend beyond the normal workday.

    SALARY RANGE INFORMATION:

    • The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related-skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    SALARY RANGE:

    $70,000 - 75,000

    1. Possesses solid communication abilities, analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

    2. Ability to utilize data to proactively identify patient and provider issues.

    3. Ability to apply knowledge of The Joint Commission, Texas Department of Health, Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services Conditions of Participation and Regulatory Accrediting Agency Standards to assure compliance.

    4. Works well under pressure to quickly improve patient outcomes.

    5. Ability to evaluate patient safety issues and present data to other professionals in a clear concise manner.

    6. Knowledge of hospital systems and organizational relationships.

    7. Strong data management, computer systems and related software application skills.

    8. Skills necessary to build credible and effective relationships with nursing and physician leadership.

    9. Works effectively in teams or alone.

    10. Strong organizational and time management skills, as evidenced by capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components.

    11. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and health care professionals at all levels to achieve established goals, improve quality of patient safety outcomes, and position El Paso Children’s Hospital for optimum success and market leadership.
