JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for sourcing, development, onboarding facilitation, and management of vendors for the Radwell PIX (Partnership Inventory Exchange) program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
METRICS
· Sales results: $ volume of sales through PIX Vendors, Gross Margin % on sales through PIX Vendors
· Goal is to achieve predefined sales and margin targets for program for 2025 and beyond
· Number of vendors approached and new PIX account signups
· Other metrics may be introduced as program is developed further

WORK SCHEDULE __
8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday.
This is a minimum expectation. Often projects and assignments will extend beyond the normal workday.

Ability to apply knowledge of The Joint Commission, Texas Department of Health, Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services Conditions of Participation and Regulatory Accrediting Agency Standards to assure compliance.
Works well under pressure to quickly improve patient outcomes.
Ability to evaluate patient safety issues and present data to other professionals in a clear concise manner.
Knowledge of hospital systems and organizational relationships.
Strong data management, computer systems and related software application skills.
Skills necessary to build credible and effective relationships with nursing and physician leadership.

Strong organizational and time management skills, as evidenced by capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components.
