Pacific Outdoor Living is an award winning landscape contractor based in Los Angeles. We have installed thousands of projects during the 21 years we've been in business.

We are currently looking for a paving stone sales rep, with a history in sales and the ability to close. You will be selling concrete paver installations (driveways, patios, pool decks, etc.). Previous experience in construction sales is a must.

This position offers a flexible combination of base pay plus commission, with an average sales rep making between $70-$100k annually.

Duties:

· Understand each customer's needs to provide clients with accurate designs and estimates. · Become expert in our products, services, estimating systems and sales techniques. · Local travel, typically within a 30 mile radius of our Sun Valley office. · Enlighten homeowners on different construction options and materials available to them. · Close pre-set/pre-qualified appointments set by our Marketing Department. · Measure, design & estimate concrete paver installations · Complete necessary contract documents. · Attend weekly sales meetings and training. · Dedicated follow up on all appointments. · Prospect and develop new business from referrals from your previous customers

Qualifications and Requirements: · 5+ years of Sales Experience. · 5+ years in Construction/Landscape · Have a reliable and presentable vehicle to use to take sales appointments within LA county (mileage is reimbursed). · CA Driver's license and auto insurance. · Strong aptitude for math and geometry required. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. · Intermediate level of computer skills. · Can meet with clients for in-home appointments. · Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. · Experience in product knowledge of pavers a plus · Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are vital.
