Job Summary:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the role of the Inside Sales Support position is to provide sales support to both our customers and our inside sales team. The inside sales support person works closely with our sales team to complete all required duties. This position will be very fluid so we are looking for someone who is ready to shift with change as it happens, be detail oriented to minimize mistakes and up for learning new tasks due to perpetual changes in our industry. He or she will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate openly and effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Essential Duties:
· Reception – Phones, Data Entry, Filing, Customer Service, Shipment Scans, Processing and Sorting of Paperwork, Invoicing, Order Office Supplies
· Sales Support – Order Entry, Inbound/Outbound receiving, BOL Processing, Product Allocation, RMA Processing, Line Back Up
· Inside Sales – Fielding Calls, Customer Service, Managing Price Files
· Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Skills/Experience:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Self-motivated
· Collaboration with colleagues in a small office environment
· Dependable
· Competent computer skills including Excel and other office software to perform the essential functions.
· Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask and function effectively in a deadline driven environment.
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· 2+ years customer service skills preferred
Minimum Education /Experience:
· High School Diploma
