    Job Title: Intellectual Property Paralegal
    Location: Nashua, NH (Hybrid)
    Employment Type: Temporary (~6 months), Full-Time
    Payrate: $55.00 to $77.00 /HR
    Position Overview
    Adecco is partnering with a company in Nashua NH and seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal to support an in-house legal team on a temporary full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in intellectual property law and will play a key role in managing patent and trademark matters, coordinating with inventors and outside counsel, and supporting brand protection and training efforts. This is a hybrid role based in Nashua, NH.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer the company’s quarterly Inventor Awards Program
    • Maintain and update the patent and trademark database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
    • Docket and monitor deadlines for global patent and trademark matters; generate reports and reminders as needed
    • Organize and manage IP-related electronic correspondence in accordance with internal file structures
    • Coordinate with inventors and external counsel to manage formal documentation for patent filings
    • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes for quarterly Intellectual Property Committee meetings
    • Support brand protection initiatives, including monthly trademark watch and social media reviews
    • Create IP and legal training materials and presentations
    • Process invention disclosures, including intake and docketing
    • Oversee payment of maintenance fees and annuities via CPA Global and external counsel
    • Collaborate with IP Department members on various legal and administrative projects

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of IP paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
    • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with quality work
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Experience with IP management software (e.g., IP Manager, Anaqua), or a willingness to learn
    • Positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative team spirit

    Pay Details: $55.00 to $77.00 per hour
