    Payroll Support / Timekeeping Coordinator (Data Review)

    Location: Orlando, FL 32809 (Onsite)
    Pay: $21.00/hour
    Type: Contract (3 months+, potential to extend)
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility available)

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Support / Timekeeping Coordinator to assist with reviewing employee timesheets, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate reporting.

    This role focuses on data review, research, and coordination with managers to resolve missing or incorrect time entries. This is not a payroll processing role, but rather a critical support function to ensure payroll accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review employee timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and missing information
    • Identify discrepancies in time entries, pay codes, and reporting
    • Follow up with managers and internal teams to gather missing or corrected information
    • Review reports and validate data prior to payroll processing
    • Assist in auditing timekeeping and commission-related data to ensure accuracy
    • Maintain organized records and documentation
    • Provide administrative support related to payroll and timekeeping functions

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in data entry, timekeeping, payroll support, or administrative roles
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
    • Comfortable reviewing reports and working with data
    • Strong communication skills for follow-up with managers and teams
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Experience with timekeeping or payroll systems is a plus (ADP, Workday, Kronos, etc.)

    Preferred Backgrounds:

    • Timekeeping or scheduling coordinator
    • HR or payroll assistant
    • Workforce management (WFM) or call center scheduling
    • Administrative roles with heavy data entry and reporting

    Additional Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Background check required
