You’ll investigate potential pest invasions, identify when an issue does exist, and deploy appropriate pest control techniques to eliminate the problem. Responsibilities: • Wear protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines and instructions when using power spraying equipment and fumigation equipment • Reply to all pest control inquiries • Combine the correct amount of chemicals to spray over the area based on the area’s measurements • Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods • Spray the necessary pesticides in appropriate areas of infestation Qualifications: • Able to pass a background check • High school graduate or equivalent • Experience in pest control • Can work outside in the elements, rain or shine • Able to work with different types of critters, including rodents, termites, bed bugs, and more • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License • Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 yearly
