Responsibilities: • Evaluate each residence for red flags of potential infestations, such as bed bugs, termites, rodents, vermin, or other pests • Wear protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines and instructions when using power spraying equipment and fumigation equipment • Determine and explain the most efficient way to eliminate an infestation, whether the method is pesticide use, blockages, mechanical traps, or other methods • Fill out paperwork after every job to ensure we have a record of our services • Spray the necessary pesticides in appropriate areas of infestation Qualifications: • One year experience as a pest control technician • United States driver's license and clean driving record • High school graduate or equivalent • Able to pass a background check • Superb customer service skills • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License • Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces • Must have a mobile device with service to use pest control apps Compensation: $41,000 - $60,000 yearly
