You'll identify red flags that signal the presence of an infestation, decide on the appropriate treatment, and safely administer the appropriate tactics to eradicate pests and keep them from coming back. Responsibilities: • Work with staff in the pest control office to arrange appointments with customers • Cover infested areas with pesticides as necessary • Answer any questions regarding our pest control services • Assess customer property to identify warning signs of potential pest problems, such as termites, bed bugs, vermin, rodents, or other unwanted pests • Fill out paperwork after every job to ensure we have a record of our services • Measure area dimensions and mix the correct amount of chemicals in the applicator based on the size of the infested area Qualifications: • Superb customer service skills • Clean background check • Has clean driving record and U.S. driver’s license • Can work outside in the elements, rain or shine • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License • Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 yearly
