Location: Fully remote, Florida

Schedule: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST
Training schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST for (1) week

Job description:
- Serve as a liaison between Specialty Care Pharmacy, patients, and provider offices to ensure accurate prescription processing and communication.
- Manage prescription workflows, including insurance verification, prior authorizations, and processing refills through pharmacy dispensing software.
- Provide patient support, explaining company programs, assisting with patient assistance applications, and addressing medication-related inquiries.
- Coordinate patient interactions, including scheduling deliveries, confirming details, and maintaining documentation of calls and communications.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality by maintaining accurate records, tracking clinical outcomes data, and adhering to privacy standards.

Requirements:
- Must have recent previous experience in a Pharmacy Technician role
- Must have an active Florida Pharmacy Technician license RPhT
- Must submit a speed test: 100 MB DL | 10 UL: https://www.speedtest.net/
- Must have a private, designated workspace (HIPAA compliance)
- Must have ethernet connection in workspace
- No previous commitments for the first (90) days
