Currently, our Automotive Glass Replacement division seeks a customer-oriented individual to fill a Customer Service Representative/Warehouse-Driver position at our San Jose Service Center to support our ongoing priority of assuring excellent customer relations at all times. Core hours for this position will be 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

This position is responsible for answering phones promptly and professionally, accurately processing customer orders, handling customer needs, and promoting the Company’s product offering and promotions. The major focus of this position is developing and maintaining excellent customer relations at all times. Primary duties will involve using our computer system for product inquiry, product receiving, order processing, order picking, stocking product, and delivery driving, as well as performing various administrative and warehouse duties and as assigned. Ability to handle a high call volume and efficient multi-tasking is required.

To qualify, you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – preferred but not required

• At least three (3) years of previous customer service experience

• Previous experience using a computer based ordering/inventory system

• Previous phone experience

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Good organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, managing e-mail, and Internet Explorer

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional phone voice and demeanor

• Superior customer relations skill

• Excellent attendance record

• Valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and an ability to read maps

• Ability to lift 35-45 pounds on a frequent basis and on occasion up to 70 pounds

• Ability to operate a forklift, order picker, and basic hand tools

• Excellent attendance record

• Ability to work in temperatures similar to the outdoors within the area of the assigned service center

Previous driving, material handling, and glass experience is a plus. We do perform background checks and drug screens.
