    Currently, our Automotive Glass Replacement division seeks a bilingual customer-oriented individual to fill a Customer Service Representative position at our Atlanta Service Center to support our ongoing priority of assuring excellent customer relations at all times. Core hours for this position will be 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday thru Friday, with one Saturday each month from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

    This position is responsible for answering phones promptly and professionally, accurately processing customer orders, handling customer needs, and promoting the Company’s product offering and promotions. The major focus of this position is developing and maintaining excellent customer relations at all times. Primary duties will involve using our computer system for product inquiry, product receiving and order processing, as well as performing various administrative duties as assigned. Ability to handle a high call volume and efficient multi-tasking is required.

    To qualify, you must have:

    · Fluency in English and Spanish language (verbal and written)

    · High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – preferred but not required

    · At least three (3) years of previous customer service experience

    · Previous experience using a computer based ordering/inventory system

    · Previous phone experience

    · Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

    · Good organizational skills

    · Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, managing e-mail, and Internet Explorer

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    · Professional phone voice and demeanor

    · Superior customer relations skill

    · Excellent attendance record

    Having a valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and previous multi-line phone experience and auto glass experience would be a plus.

Currently, our Automotive Glass Replacement division seeks a customer-oriented individual for our Cincinnati Service Center to support our ongoing priority of assuring excellent customer relations. The Warehouse/Driver position is responsible for providing first class customer service by delivering glass promptly and courteously while using excellent driving habits. Core hours are anticipated to be between 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. To qualify, you must have: · valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and an ability to read maps · ability to lift 35-45 pounds on a frequent basis and on occasion up to 70 pounds · ability to operate a forklift, order picker, and basic hand tools · excellent attendance record · proficiency in English language (verbal and written) · good customer relations skills · ability to work in temperatures similar to the outdoors within the area of the assigned service center Previous driving, material handling, and glass experience is a plus. We do perform background checks and drug screens.
