Call Center Customer Service Representative

IMMEDIATELY HIRING
Customer Service Representative – Columbus, Ohio
CORE HOURS: Monday- Friday 11:30 am to 8:00 pm and rotating Saturdays every 6 weeks from 9 am to 3pm. This position is possible Flex Remote (work from home) at this time.
The CSR is responsible for answering phones promptly and professionally, processing customer orders, and handling customer needs, while promoting the Company’s product offering and promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
o One-year previous clerical and/or customer service experience
o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
o Organizational skills
o Previous phone experience
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
o Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
o Professional phone voice and demeanor
o Superior customer relations skill
o Excellent attendance record
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
o High School or equivalent (GED) - Preferred
o Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
