You’ll investigate potential pest invasions, identify when an issue does exist, and deploy appropriate pest control techniques to eliminate the problem. We offer competitive benefits: • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days • Simple IRA with matching available from the first day • Bonuses • PTO/ Paid sick leave • Up to 6 Paid holidays after 90 days • Use of company vehicle and gas card Responsibilities: • Work with staff in the pest control office to arrange appointments with customers • Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods Qualifications: • Capable of lifting 50lbs, climbing stairs, and going into crawl spaces on a daily basis • Incredible customer service skills • Has clean driving record and U.S. driver’s license • Able to work with different types of critters, including rodents, termites, bed bugs, and more • Comfortable with an outdoor work environment in a variety of weather conditions • Clean background check • Great communication skills, both verbal and written • High school diploma or G.E.D. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License • Physical ability to perform tasks associated with pest control, including lifting, crawling under homes, climbing on roofs, and into attics Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 yearly
