    Radwell International is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Price Import Specialist to join our Pricing team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate pricing data, supporting product catalog growth, and ensuring product information, images, and pricing are displayed correctly across company platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support pricing strategies and business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Import and maintain price files and discount schedules within company pricing systems
    • Update pricing systems with accurate and timely pricing information
    • Conduct market research and provide feedback regarding competitive pricing trends
    • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support quote requests and customer pricing inquiries
    • Serve as a point of contact for Sales regarding pricing discrepancies and pricing-related questions
    • Support product catalog maintenance, including product information, images, and pricing data
    • Meet established productivity goals for price imports, photo imports, and research activities
    • Ensure pricing projects and import deadlines are completed accurately and on time
    • Assist with cross-functional departmental projects and additional assignments as needed

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Bachelor's degree is a plus
    • Market research and analysis experience required
    • Industrial product knowledge is a plus
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

    Compensation & Bonus

    The recruiting base salary for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour.

    Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    This role is eligible for commission after successful completion of the introductory 90-day period.

    Work Schedule

    This full-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Overtime may be available with prior approval based on business needs.

    Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of federal IT and security policies, procedures, standards, and methodologies
    • Experience with secure cloud enclaves or platforms hosting sensitive or controlled-access data
    • Familiarity with FISMA Moderate , FedRAMP Moderate , and Zero Trust architectures
    • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams
    • Broad technical understanding of infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software environments
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities

    Preferred Skills

    • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or SANS
    • Cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    • Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK framework
    • Knowledge of data models (e.g., OMOP, HL7, FHIR, CDISC, DDI)
    • Experience with AI/ML-enabled tools, GPU acceleration, or advanced data analytics environments
    • Experience with metadata tagging, search optimization, and data discovery tools
    • Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture aligned to Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) maturity model
    • Experience with NIH, FISMA, and FedRAMP documentation and compliance processes
