    PRINCIPLE AUTO - TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR​​​​​​

    WHO YOU ARE

    Principle Auto is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our rapidly growing operations. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you have a passion for people. You are often looked at by your close friends and peers to help them find and pick activities, hobbies, and topics they find interesting. You see the potential that lies within people, that sometimes they don’t know they have in themselves.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR:

    The true duties of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is working to ensure that the candidate process and experience is streamlined for efficiency, while maintaining the standards required by the company. The Talent Acquisition team is tasked with processing candidates in a timely manner, responding to all hiring needs as they arise, and ensuring that all candidates have been thoroughly interviewed, tested and screened before starting with the company.

    · Posting all external job postings and updating job postings through the ATS.

    · Track and update candidate status in ATS

    · Communicate and update candidates with their status during the hiring process.

    · Respond to requests for new open positions from management and department directors.

    · Source and screen candidates for open roles using job boards, social media and referral networks.

    · Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to qualify for position and cultural fit

    · Submit candidates for review

    · Track applicant’s process through the interview and onboarding process

    · Coordinate pre-employment screening including background checks, drug screens and motor vehicle record searches with candidates and other vendors.

    · Communicate and follow up with managers and other stakeholders regarding applicant status.

    · Onboard new candidates including setting start dates, training schedules and preparing new hire paperwork.

    · Enter new hires into HRIS system and initiate onboarding & off-boarding tickets through IT ticketing system.

    · Maintain electronic and hard copy of employee files documents in compliance with company policy.

    · Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and career fairs.

    · Assist with various HR and company functions and needs.

    · Assist with special projects and generate reports as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS OF THE TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR:

    · Previous recruitment and HR experience preferred, not required.

    · Strong project management skills.

    · High school diploma required, degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

    · Strong communication skills including written and verbal communication.

    · Excellent computer skills including a strong proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.

    · Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen and possess a valid driver’s license.

    PRINCIPLE AUTO - HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

You live out a desire to provide unparalleled service to our internal associates and external stakeholders.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST:

    The true duties of the HR Specialist are to consult and work with Associates at all levels of our organization. This role will be one of the major liaisons between the Home Office and dealership operations. No other role exemplifies our Mission more by Providing Exceptional Care to all stakeholders involved. The HR Specialist will accomplish this with the following responsibilities:

    • Consult and advise with all associates including senior managers and members of the Leadership Team to drive the culture of Principle Auto.
    • Administer monthly benefit enrollments including scheduling benefits meetings, entering enrollment information into HRIS and communicating with payroll.
    • Drive Health & Wellness Events.
    • Manage FMLA, LOA, Military Leave and FFCRA.
    • Prepare documentation for unemployment claims.
    • Report Injuries to Workers’ Comp and follow up until full-duty.
    • Manage monthly benefit reconciliations.
    • Complete employment verifications.
    • Work in conjunction with the recruitment team to audit and manage on-boarding, transfers and off-boards for timely processing.
    • Maintain employee files documents in compliance with company policy.
    • Assist with various HR and company functions and needs.
    • Manage associate engagement events.
    • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by department management.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST:

    • 2+ Years of HR Experience
    • College Degree Preferred, High school diploma required
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize projects and efficiently work between multiple deadlines.
    • Proven “Spidey-Sense”- this shows up in discernment and emotional intelligence to lead and consult with associates and management staff.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills including written and verbal communication.
    • Excellent computer skills including a strong proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.
    • Ability to learn new computer system quickly and embrace new technology platforms.
    • Previous experience using large HRIS systems highly preferred.
    • Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen and possess a valid driver’s license.
