    The Production Seasonal Support role provides critical operational assistance during peak business periods, supporting warehouse, production, and administrative functions to ensure efficient daily operations. This position plays a key role in helping Radwell maintain high levels of service and accuracy across departments while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting multiple departments including warehouse operations, customer service, sales support, and logistics.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist warehouse staff with receiving, sorting, and processing industrial parts and equipment
    • Scan, label, and organize inventory to maintain accurate records
    • Support order processing and fulfillment activities across departments
    • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
    • Respond to customer inquiries and support customer service functions as needed
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
    • Maintain organized workspace and adhere to inventory control procedures
    • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives
    • Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
    • Perform general support tasks across departments as assigned

    Education & Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or support roles preferred
    • Customer service or administrative experience a plus
    • Experience with data entry or inventory systems preferred
    • Familiarity with industrial or technical products is a plus

    Physical Demands
    • Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive hand motion
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to perform general warehouse and office support tasks

    Compensation
    The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour.
    Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Qualifications
    • Conducting vulnerability scans and developing approach for mitigating vulnerabilities in security systems.
    • Conducting software debugging.
    • Creating and utilizing mathematical or statistical models.
    • Creating programs that validate and process multiple inputs including command line arguments, environmental variables, and input streams.
    • Designing countermeasures to identified security risks.
    • Developing and applying security system access controls.
    • Discerning the protection needs (i.e., security controls) of information systems and networks.
    • Writing code in a currently supported programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++/C#, R).
    • Managing data and performing data ingest to relational and NoSQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Apache Kafka.
    • Designing secure test plans (e. g. unit, integration, system, acceptance).
    • Using Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI) encryption and digital signature capabilities into applications (e.g., S/MIME email, SSL traffic).
    • Developing applications that can log and handle errors, exceptions, and application faults and logging.
    • Using code analysis tools (HP Fortify Static Code Analysis and Software Security Center, WebInspect).
    • Performing root cause analysis and incident investigation.
    • Applying cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation).
    • Proficient with source control tools (Git)
    • Proficient in Integrated Development Environments (Eclipse, Visual Studio, JupyterLab)
