Quality Engineering Operational Excellence (OECI) Manager
Radwell International is seeking a Quality Engineering / Operational Excellence Manager to support satellite branch operations by combining Quality Engineering & Process Quality leadership with site-level Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement execution.
This role is the senior Quality and Operational Excellence authority at the site, responsible for ensuring technical quality discipline, process robustness, and sustained continuous improvement outcomes. The position owns prevention at the source, structured problem-solving, overall production technical capabilities and Lean execution while leveraging specialists for deep execution in Operational Excellence, Quality Systems, and Facilities-Safety.
Reporting to the Director Operational Excellence – North America, this role serves as the primary site interface between Operations, Engineering, Quality, and the enterprise Operational Excellence function. The Manager is accountable for improving quality performance, operational stability, safety, and productivity—without fragmenting ownership across multiple managers.

Act as a trusted site-level change agent, reinforcing Lean thinking and disciplined execution.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment between quality objectives, operational performance, and safety requirements.
Lead branch expansion, system integration, or change initiatives strategic initiatives in line with NA vision.
Provide regular performance updates to Operational Excellence and Quality leadership.

Required Skills
· Strong technical background in Quality Engineering and process control
· Strong Computer Proficiency
· Proven experience leading Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives
· Advanced root cause analysis and corrective action leadership
· Data-driven decision making and KPI management
· Ability to operate effectively in smaller, multi-functional site environments
· Strong coaching, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills
· Working knowledge of safety, facilities, and regulated environments preferred
· Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt a plus).
