Radwell International is seeking an experienced Repair Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and support personnel within our production and repair operations. This position is responsible for ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while driving productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for a proven leader with a strong technical background in electronics, industrial controls, automation, or electro-mechanical repairs. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable coaching technicians on the production floor, solving technical challenges, and analyzing operational metrics to improve quality, throughput, and on-time delivery.
As a key member of the operations team, you will play a direct role in developing technical talent, improving repair performance, and helping Radwell continue to deliver industry-leading service to customers worldwide.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
• Provide technical mentorship, troubleshooting support, and ongoing development opportunities for team members
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention efforts
• Conduct performance coaching, monthly reviews, and annual evaluations
• Direct daily repair production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
• Plan, prioritize, and assign work to maximize efficiency and resource utilization
• Monitor workflow, production schedules, and repair queues to ensure customer commitments are met
• Ensure all repairs, testing, inspections, and quality checks are completed in accordance with company standards
• Maintain inventory utilization and ensure tooling, test equipment, and production assets are effectively utilized
• Assist with opening and closing facility operations as assigned
• Serve as a technical resource for complex repair, troubleshooting, and quality issues
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions related to repeat failures, warranty concerns, and production issues
• Lead resolution of technical escalations affecting repair success, customer satisfaction, or product reliability
• Support development and maintenance of repair procedures, work instructions, training materials, and diagnostic guides
• Analyze operational performance data, KPIs, and workflow metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Drive initiatives focused on increasing throughput, reducing waste, improving quality, and shortening cycle times
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Quality, and Customer Service teams on performance improvement initiatives
• Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts across production operations
• Previous experience leading technicians, production personnel, or technical teams
• Strong technical background in electronics, automation, industrial controls, electro-mechanical systems, or related repair environments
• Proven ability to develop, mentor, and influence technicians at various experience levels
• Strong understanding of operational performance metrics, warranty performance, and product quality standards
• Ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term process improvements
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on accountability and team development
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Associate Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in electronics repair, industrial controls, manufacturing, operations, or technical production environments preferred
• Previous supervisory, lead technician, production leadership, or operations leadership experience preferred
• Experience working with quality systems, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives preferred
• Relevant technical certifications preferred
• Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving certifications are a plus
The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$100,000 annually.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, leadership background, and relevant education or training.

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional hours may occasionally be required to support production demands, onboarding activities, special projects, facility operations, or critical business needs.
This position operates within a repair and technical production environment. Employees regularly work with repair technicians, testing equipment, industrial electronics, automation products, and production systems. Frequent walking, standing, troubleshooting, coaching, and interaction with cross-functional teams are required. Employees must comply with all company safety requirements, identification standards, and workplace policies.
