In the Rubrik EBC, we regularly host customers, partners, industry thought leaders, analysts, press, and others for high impact meetings and events. Position Summary We are looking for an Executive Briefing Program Coordinator to join our team and help us continue delivering, evolving, and growing our world-class program. This position is located in at our global headquarters in Palo Alto, CA andreports to the Global Executive Briefing Center Program Manager. This is a multi-faceted role, where you will partner with multiple stakeholders from within the company spanning our executive team as well as partners in sales, marketing, product, and engineering. You will be responsible for orchestrating customer meetings and hosting exclusive thought leadership events while also executing day-to-day operations. Where you can make an impact: -Strategizing and orchestrating customer meetings in close collaboration with other teams, thereby impacting the sales pipeline and directly contributing to Rubriks financial success. -Guiding and adapting content that will ensure high impact meetings and events. -Defining and driving strategic projects. Contributing to making this the best Executive Briefing Program in the world. -Managing facility operations in partnership with workplace services and security, and performing important everyday administrative duties. -Driving EBC events on the road at Tradeshows. -Serving as a highly visible Rubrik EBC ambassador. Ideal Background: -BA/BS Degree with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment in a customer-facing role -Proven ability to effectively manage very demanding workload while achieving strong results. -Exceptional ability to execute, collaborate, work cross-functionally and multi-task in a fast-paced, high stakes environment. -Stellar interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with anyone regardless of seniority (including C-level executives from leading organizations), role, industry, country, or any other dimension. -Very strong verbal, written, and presentation creation skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to think strategically while also executing programmatically. Very strong planning skills. -Amazingly positive attitude with strong ability to navigate through any challenges.
