Safety-Kleen has an immediate opening for a Commission Sales Analyst in Richardson, Texas. The person who fills this highly visible position audits swales disputes, provides design, analytical and program support services including research and application of best practices, reporting and analysis, plan design recommendations application of regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance, transaction audition and the like. Frequently interacts with managers, directors, and vice presidents. career Responsibilities: Research, analysis, reporting, programming. Commissions processing, ensuring and improving accuracy. Teaching/mentoring field users on Callidus and reports usage. Pay transaction auditing, tracking, and reporting Pay transaction auditing and dispute resolution. Other duties as required. Requirements: Bachelors Degree required. Alternative combinations of education and experience not accepted in lieu of degree CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred 1 to 3+ years experience Strong Excel required Good Word, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred Able to put others first in a team-based environment Analytical, detail, and process oriented Access strongly preferred Callidus, especially True Analytics strongly preferred Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa Physical Demands: Typical shift is 8 hours w/possible over-time.
