    Pay: $90,000 typical year 1 earning potential
    $50,000 base + uncapped commissions

    Type: Direct hire

    Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

    Job description:

    1. Prospect OEM & Contract Manufacturer Buyers: Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to OEM and Contract Manufacturer buyers, selling semiconductors and hard-to-find components.
    2. Own Full-Cycle Sales with Focus on New Business: Drive 95% of sales through outbound prospecting while also working inbound leads and select legacy accounts provided by the company.
    3. Build Strong, Trust-Based Buyer Relationships: Develop lasting rapport with procurement professionals so you're their first call when sourcing hard-to-find or urgent parts.
    4. Close Complex, High-Value Deals: Deliver tailored sales presentations, engage senior decision-makers, and manage deals from first contact through negotiation and close.
    5. Stay Ahead of Market Needs: Conduct ongoing market research to anticipate buyer demand and adjust your outreach strategy to stay competitive and relevant.

    Requirements:

    • Must have recent experience with cold call sales (seeking greener sales candidates to mold)
    • Must be proficient with CRMs and MS Office
    • You’ll have key card access to work European or West Coast accounts (work hours)
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Background check required
