General Statement of Job The Client Services Administrator is the direct liaison to the client responsible for receiving, processing, revising and completing all incoming requests for additional services from various stakeholders group within the clients organization. The ideal candidate must have great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. The Client Services Administrator reports directly to the Special Projects Watch Commander. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: * Receive, process and complete all incoming requests for additional services in an efficient and timely manner * Conduct quality control and assurance of all incoming service requests for completeness, accuracy and conformance to established standards and protocols * Review service requests to determine personnel and resource requirements and priorities * Create post orders for all service requests utilizing established policies and procedures * Provide completed service requests to SIS Administrative and Operations leadership staff * Document security administrative procedures and protocols in the Support Wiki * Update the database (Filemaker Pro) and contractor log report daily or as needed * Coordinate with SIS leadership staff to assess progress of requests and discuss needed changes * Revise service requests when required due to client request, personnel shortages, backlogs or other interruptions and provide updates to the client and SIS leadership staff * Develop an excellent working relationship with the client, understanding their expectations and utilizing this knowledge to process incoming service requests timely * Provide excellent customer service to all client requestors on all matters related to additional service request standards and protocols Additional Duties: * Perform other related duties as required Minimum Qualifications and Requirements * High School Degree required; AA degree in Business Administration preferred * 3- 5 years of administrative experience in a fast paced and dynamic work environment * Must have extensive knowledge and proficiency with software programs such as Excel, Word, Keynote, Pages, Numbers and other Office Applications in a MAC OS environment * Must be proficient in FileMaker Pro Database * Must be able to resolve customer issues in a timely manner through alternative solutions or group problem solving * Must be able to write clearly and informatively with the ability to read and interpret written information * Must be able to communicate accurate and timely recommendations on business and scheduling related risks or actions required with solid attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and be very detail-oriented * Ability to adapt in a fast paced, high demand and dynamic work environment * Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law * Reliability and dependability in terms of job attendance and performance Preferred Qualifications * Previous scheduling experience preferred * Previous administrative experience supporting Security Operations or Logistics preferred What we can offer: * $28 per hour - Overtime available * Health, Dental and Vision benefits, plus access to dependent coverage and a variety of other benefits * Eligibility to contribute to a 401k Plan after the first year of employment * Paid Time Off * A dynamic and challenging work environment Additional Information: * SIS is an equal opportunity employer * Private Patrol Operator #PPO 13936 * Private Investigator #PI 28063 22 hours ago - save job - original job Apply On Company Site Other jobs you may like Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator Pacific Placement Group Palo Alto, CA 3 days ago Easily apply Client Services Assistant Pillsbury Law Silicon Valley, CA 5 days ago Preferred Banking Client Services Banker First Republic Bank Palo Alto, CA 3 days ago Tax Manager - Private Client Services Moss Adams Silicon Valley, CA 30+ days ago Tax Manager - Private Client Services (Silico...
