    Job Description

    ServiceMaster Restore is looking for an outstanding part-time Customer Service Representative to support our customers as well as internal operations.

    THE JOB DETAILS: The full-time Customer Service Representative will maintain a schedule of 5 days per week, delivering excellent customer service as well as providing support to the construction management team. The position will undertake administrative tasks and be astute in technology, organization and time management . The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience, be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Interact with customers daily, assess their needs and provide answers or paths for a positive customer service experience.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction through active communication and problem-solving efforts.
    • Follow corporate guidelines and company objectives to ensure compliance.
    • Provide support to construction division through organization and continual communication.
    • Manage customer files including estimating, invoicing and other documentation requirements.
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
    • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
    • Create and update records and databases with customers, personnel, financial and other data.
    • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

    SKILLS

    • Minimum of 3 years customer service and/or office administrative experience required.
    • Ability to think quickly, find answers, respond promptly to customer requests and issues, all with a polite, empathetic and professional manner.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, ability to learn internal software programs).
    • High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
