Shipping Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Radwell International LLC is hiring a Shipping Associate to support our Inventory & Logistics team. This role is responsible for accurately packaging industrial electronics and components while meeting shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Package industrial electronics for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Follow packaging guidelines to prevent product damage
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping area
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Pallet jack/hand truck experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs individually; team lifts up to 200 lbs

Compensation & Benefits

• Eligible for commission after 90 days
• Performance reviews at 80 days and annually

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Commission

• The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $17/hr.
• Within the base pay scale, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• Eligible for commission after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period
• Performance-based incentives tied to accuracy and productivity
