Job Description

We are looking to fill the Regional Operations Manager position to help lead and manage our Residential Concierge Teams in the Atlanta area.   

As the Ops Manager, you will lead and inspire your teams to grow their passion for personalized guest service and hospitality, you will also be managing the day-to-day operations, client relations and business development.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the selection, hiring and training of team members
• Evaluate performance of the teams
• Develop new business opportunities
• Be available for emergency calls
• Find coverage in case of call-offs
• Manage scheduling at multiple properties
• Weekly client meetings and account evaluation
• Manage successful new associates’ on-boarding and retention
• Monitor and analyze service levels and trends to identify areas of opportunity
• Communicate and facilitate the effective implementation of policies and procedures
• Provide ongoing support, including tools and resources to help team succeed and filling in where needed
• Promote ongoing development of your team through team building and other employee engagement activities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 4 years of concierge, hospitality or hotel management experience
• College degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership level experience
• Minimum of 2 years of business development
• Must be able to receive emergency calls on weekends
• Must be a great leader and coach with a great work ethic

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

• Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
