PAYROLL AND BENEFITS SPECIALIST SUEZ 178 reviews - Trevose, PA Job Title: PAYROLL AND BENEFITS SPECIALIST Location of Position: 4636 Somerton Road, Trevose 19053-6742 Posting Number: req941 Description: SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support our Human Resources Operations Organization with US and Caribbean Payroll, Insurance and Benefits activities. Additional activities/projects related to HR Operations projects and Data Management expected. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Main contact and administration for Caribbean Payroll and Benefits * Provide support to the US Payroll and Benefits Leaders for all payroll, benefits and insurance needs * Complete forms and workflows for payroll systems: MyTime, Kronos, ADP * Unemployment and Disability call and process triage for Employees and HR Team. Case Management entries into ADP for Unemployment * Triage for HR Operational vendors such as: ADP, Sedgwick, CHS, Aetna, BCBS, Kaiser, Met Life, Wage Works etc, complete forms and funnel activities to appropriate sources. * Performing data entry and reporting within local systems * Provide benefit administration assistance - Answers benefit program and policy questions. Resolves employee benefit issues for US and Caribbean employees. * Ensure all employee files (paper and electronic) are complete and current. * Assist with vendor invoices and processing payments * Various HR projects and processes, Coordinate and oversee company sponsored events, employee functions and HR projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS BASIC AND DESIRED:

• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent practical experience * 3+ years experience in payroll and benefits administration for US and/or Caribbean * English language fluency is a must, Spanish language skills a plus * Prior Payroll and Benefits Administration experience required.
• Experience with processing commissions a plus. * Time and attendance system experience a plus. * Advanced computer skills to include data entry, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent/professional verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to interact and communicate with all levels within the organization. * Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively. * Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. * Proven track record of reliability and responsibility. * Strong organizational and administrative skills. Detail oriented. * Discreet, able to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately.
