Within the framework of the PSCM group policy and governance, and for one of the business ofWater Technologies& Solutions within Systems activity, the Supply Chain Analyst/Junior Buyer effectively supports activities within the Supply Chain Project Execution team by supporting procurement activity, analysis, and negotiation on specific purchasing tasks within municipal and industrial projects while becoming familiar with a variety of sourcing tools and software platforms. Required Skills Supporting the RFQ process through the Pyramid tool. Supporting the Projects Follow up (Purchasing Dashboard, Schedule) Ensures that purchasing procedures and processes are implemented. Responsible for complying with and enforcing the procedures and processes of the company. Responsible for the sourcing of non-strategic items assigned to him/her. Preparation of various procurement packages. Analysis of various procurement packages. Ensures the terms and conditions agreed with the suppliers are granted in the procurement process. Monitor the allocated spends and savings and ensure the reporting is updated at all times. Improve and develop reporting for projects. Supporting Expediting activities as needed throughout a project. Ensures the on time delivery, quality and budget for projects and purchases assigned. Communicates continuous improvement opportunities to functional management. Additional requirements may be required Required Experience Business school. Knowledge of purchasing processes, purchasing tools, and/or economic environment of the assignedpurchasing domain.
