Summer Internship 2025
June 1st to August 14th
Job Summary
Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm. This includes an hour lunch break
Under the direction of the Departmental Manager, the Intern will be assigned a project at the beginning of their 10-week internship, in which they will work to complete during their employment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide meaningful work experience while creating an engaging, positive, and memorable internship
Learning & Development:
- Hands-on, on-the-job training within assigned departments that focus on job-specific skills, professional development, and corporate workplace exposure
Projects & Work Experience:
- Interns assigned meaningful, real business projects to apply academic knowledge and deliver measurable value
Networking & Engagement:
- Weekly intern meetings to foster peer connection and engagement as well as offer career guidance, insights, and mentorship
The Intern will be assigned a Project to complete at the beginning of their Employment.
We will offer Internships in the following departments:
- Engineering
- Production
- Legal
- Sales
- Purchasing/Supply Chain
- IT
- Accounting

Program Requirements:
- The Program is designed for Students who have completed their Sophomore or Junior year, and are currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior Year
- College Transcriptions and a GPA of 3.0 or higher

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have completed either Sophomore or Junior year in College and be enrolled in College for the next Semester
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong problem resolution and analysis skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma and in the process of completing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
COMPENSATION
The recruiting base salary for the internship program is $20.50/hr.
