Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow established procedures to maintain checks and balances.
- Maintain multiple databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain check information, prints checks, using QuickBooks.
- Provide account information and reconcile ledgers to case managers.
- Reconcile records.
- Cross-train on all processing procedures, including the EARP and PARS Programs.
- Assist with processing EARP/PARS applications and checks, when needed.
- Maintain document filing on a daily basis.
- Protect client information at all times, to assure confidentiality, and in accordance with contract Article 14.
- Process outgoing mail, deliver to Post Office, as determined.
- Deliver deposits to the bank, as needed.
SPECIFICATIONS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND COMPETENCY FACTORS
- Experience as a mental health care consumer for self or family member strongly preferred.
- A strong positive viewpoint towards mental health is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations plus the ability and desire to work as part of a team.
- Ability to keep confidential information confidential and be discrete.
- Willingness to support our Mission and Values.
- Ability to drive with valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to use of an automobile as needed.
- Ability to type using computer is essential with competency using Microsoft Office programs. Prefer a minimum keyboard speed of 65 wpm.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND JOB SETTING
- Program headquarters is a standard office setting.
- Environment with diverse populations routinely coming in for workshops or training.
- Periodic lifting up to 15 pounds is required.
STATUS: PART-TIME, HOURLY, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, NON-EXEMPT
