    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Lab Admin Coordinator to work for a Biotech company in the San Diego area. In this role you will be creating lab kits, assist with patient registration in our internal system, and shipping and receiving. If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a growing Biotech company in the area, then we are looking for you to join our team.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assemble patch kits in a quick and accurate manner
    • Assist in patient registration coordination
    • Review orders and select the correct materials for shipping
    • FedEx/UPS shipping and receiving

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required
    • FedEx or UPS experience is a plus but not required
    • Logistics experience is a plus but not required
    • Science background is a plus, Research assistant, Bio background, pharmacy techs experience is a plus
