POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Talent Sourcer, you will focus on proactively identifying and engaging talent for current and future hiring needs. You’ll partner with the Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager, and hiring managers to create pipelines of top candidates, drive candidate attraction efforts, and screen talent for critical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of sourcing experience and a strong knowledge of creative sourcing and employment branding techniques is required;
- Large industrial manufacturing/distribution and/or multi-site organization experience preferred; experience recruiting or sourcing for trades positions or commercial HVAC and industrial Service Technicians highly desirable
- Must have a strong foundation and understanding of talent attraction principles, direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Proficient in Boolean searching, x-ray searching, pipeline management, and candidate and market research
- Experienced in the use of outreach campaigns, social media, and job boards for candidate sourcing
- Experience working with ATS/CRM platforms for tracking candidate outreach and campaigns
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills are a must
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partners with hiring managers and the TA team to understand job requirements and alignment on ideal candidate profiles; participates in hiring manager intake sessions
- Owns proactive pipeline building and sourcing through job boards, our ATS, and other talent platforms
- Sources candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics (Boolean searching, job boards, career fairs, social media, networking, and niche resources, etc), Builds and maintain a robust talent pipeline of targeted passive candidates with specific industry and/or functional expertise
- Executes strategic outreach campaigns (individual and group) to attract both active and passive candidates
- Reviews applicants in a timely manner
- Conducts candidate pre-screens for sourced and organic candidates, assessing fit and interest
- Submits screened and qualified candidates to the Recruiter for process advancement
- Builds rapport with potential candidates and keeps them engaged throughout the recruitment process
- Promotes Employer Brand: Plays a role in employer brand initiatives and campaigns and represents the company's brand and values to potential candidates
- Collaborates closely with the TA team to develop sourcing strategies and share market feedback
- Meets regular KPI goals: Monitors and analyzes sourcing data to improve strategies and recruitment outcomes
Pay Scale: $70,000 - $85,000
