The Manager, Advisory Services will join a team who specializes in a wide range of management consulting services. This top 20 CPA firm has clients that range from publicly traded companies, PE-owned, privately held, and non-profit organizations. This dynamic team is focused on someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set.
- Strengthen and broaden client relationships allowing for overall growth of the consulting practice.
- Lead fieldwork, manage projects and client deliverables expectations.
- Prepare client reports and presentations, as well as liaising with the Client throughout the engagement.
- Lead engagements to include: Refining organizational design; Business process analysis and process mapping to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and control of transactional and decision support processes; consolidations and shortening the financial close; Implementing financial close and account reconciliation technology; Designing and implementing corporate performance management solutions - budgeting, planning and forecasting processes and technology; Optimization of finance and/or business operating model; and improving management and external reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior consulting services experience
- Proven ability to lead successful client engagements
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Strong project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Economics or Finance from an accredited university
- CPA or other professional certifications
