The Experienced Audit Associate will be joining a growing practice with one of our clients. You’ll be working with a variety of clients with a focus in the non-profit space.

• Conduct audits on financial statement accounts or non-profit clients
• Document internal controls
• Prepare and review audit workpapers
• Create remediation plans
• Clear open review notes
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior level associates

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of financial processes and internal controls
• MS Excel and Visio experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with A-133 audits
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with internal controls to include A-123
• Prior experience with federal financial statements
• Experience with non-profit, labor union, or employee benefit plans
• Advanced degree from an accredited university
• CPA or other professional certifications
