  • Responsibilities

    The Business Analyst/Project Coordinator will be responsible for working in a dynamic environment and take ownership of and coordinate implementation activities, critical work products, and project deliverables. All work will be done in collaboration with the project team and in accordance with the project plan and schedule.

     

    • Responsible for the preparation of client- and internal-facing communications including agendas, notes, presentations, and reports
    • Gather feedback on products and enhancements or feedback on products. Work with development team as necessary
    • Participates actively in internal and external meetings
    • Acts as liaison between internal teams regarding implementation activities and the software development lifecycle
    • Assists lead product manager with product feedback, requirements gathering, user story creation, product enhancement design, and other execution of product roadmap priorities documentation

     

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of related experience
    • Ability to recognize and described problems and develop creative solutions
    • Mindset towards process-improvement and dedication to accomplishing goals and resolving challenges presented by clients and management.
    • Strong MS Office experience including Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with project and task management tools (Asana, SmartSheet, Trello, etc.)
    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in an Agile environment
    • Advanced degree from an accredited university
