The Transformation Specialist will be responsible for supporting the government in managing a shared service environment and customer efforts to define and implement a cloud migration strategy by working with engineers and federal stakeholders to define and implement organizational maturity in a multi-cloud environment. The Transformation Specialist will also work with the government and team members identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for service delivery improvement and new technology implementation.
- Work with federal stakeholders to develop a cloud platform future state
- Assist the government in developing governance over a multi-cloud environment
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) which cover the Systems Engineering Lifecycle
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of cloud platform environments
- Assist in the development of organization maturity roadmap planning and execution
- Define how information systems may be upgraded or replaced
- Develop team procedures, manuals and other documentation for information systems
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programs and related business processes
- Demonstrate both written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) & IT management concepts
- Experience with IT Service Management and enterprise level IT Systems migrations
- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of Atlassian toolsets (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
- Advanced degree from an accredited university
- Active security clearance
