Hours: (3) FT Scheduler 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job duties:
- Client Outreach & Appointment Scheduling: Proactively call and email clients to schedule tax assistance appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordination with Tax Team: Collaborate with tax professionals to align client appointments with staff availability and program requirements.
- Eligibility Screening & Documentation Review: Assess client eligibility for tax services, review required documentation, and determine readiness for filing.
- Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately collect and input client information into call record and scheduling software, maintaining data integrity.
- Confidentiality & Administrative Support: Uphold client confidentiality and provide general administrative support as assigned.
Nice to have:
- Any prior tax experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate's degree
- Health and human services background
Requirements:
- MUST have 2+ years of customer service experience working in an office environment.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have basic math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Level II background check required
- Drug screening required
- References required
