Job Description
The HR Generalist will have both administrative and tactical responsibilities to assist the employees by planning and administering important functions such as staffing, recruiting, employee relations training and development.
Reporting to the Regional Human Resources (HR) Director, the Human Resource Generalist will work with the Operations team to enhance the hiring, onboarding, and exit processes and will take the lead for recruitment, orientation and promoting employee engagement. Collaborate with the Regional HR Director in the development, implementation and communication of policies, procedures, programs and activities to increase productivity and employee satisfaction. The HR Generalist will partner with leaders and their teams to develop and execute HR initiatives.
Candidates must be willing and able to travel (mostly within the state) up to 25% of the time via automobile with occasional travel via commercial airline.
