Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Talent Management is a new role, making a significant impact on the growth of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to build, grow, train, and develop a top notch staffing team to deliver on high end technical positions for their clients. This is a both a strategic and hands on position, and the right candidate will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Key priorities include:

• Development and implementation of processes
• Hiring and training of recruiting team
• Collaboration with business leaders to ensure buildout of staffing organization is meeting company goals
• Management and delivery of full life cycle talent management for technical positions

Qualifications include:

• Demonstrated experience building out a staffing team (hiring, training, processes, managing…)
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive recruiting program
• 10+ years overall full life cycle technical staffing knowledge
• Experience working in staffing firm / agency setting
• Expert knowledge of technical roles (developers, UX, UI, ecommerce, digital, architecture, SCM, cloud, web, etc)
• Experience managing and working with offshore teams and staffing overseas
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Dynamic, self starter, self motivated, driven, ambitious and thrives in fast paced, challenging environment
