3 MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY REPRESENTING THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ASPECTS OF THE ROLE:

1. Use knowledge of industry best practices and previous experience to recommend technological and business process changes to improve services and solve long-term problems in a way that aligns with the company's strategic objectives
2. Identify and escalate as necessary, gaps in requirement alignment with strategies as well as across projects with regards to Oracle PeopleSoft
3. Interact with the organization’s procurement, accounting, IT and FSS team regarding PeopleSoft and be a liaison among departments to help communicate best practices and find solutions REQUIREMENTS: WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS –

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst working with technical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Analytical Techniques; Specialized education or
• experience in tools and techniques of business process analysis is required, including documentation of functional
• business specifications

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED –      

• Experience working closely with Procurement and Finance stakeholders along with a strong working knowledge of procurement and accounting concepts and common Finance processes.
• Must have a good knowledge of business process/lifecycle management principles, theories and concepts and a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
• Able to use independent judgment in identifying root cause of problems and developing solutions to a variety of problems of moderate to large scope and complexity.
• Able to understand complex system integrations
• Able to perform work activities, processes, and progress within a system to improve organizational efficiency anD effectiveness.
