    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as liaison with all levels of dealership and client personnel to answer questions, provide guidance, and resolve issues.
    • Provide administration of new business, payments, incentive allowances and curtailments due.
    • In conjunction with the Parts & Service division, establish a credit line that meets with dealers Repair Orders (RO) counts according to established formula.
    • Conduct review of dealer credit lines and releases to measure service levels while mitigating client’s risk.
    • Send required dealer applications to existing dealers – address change / entity change.
    • Follow-up for completed dealer applications / updated documents.
    • Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, and all applicable State and Federal laws.
    • Scan reports onto Laserfiche
    • File reports
    • Organize file
    • Distribute mail
