    THE ROLE

    AMS is currently looking for a talented individual to work as a Campus Recruiter. This role will support our client, Morgan Stanley, a global leader in financial services.

    As a Campus Recruiter, you'll recruit qualified technology campus graduates to fill entry-level and intern positions within our Alpharetta, GA location. You'll lead recruiting activities and develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. The Campus Recruiter will also be expected to manage and execute the internship program.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design & implement divisional recruiting strategy to attract a strong and diverse pipeline of campus talent that aligns to business goals.
    • Establish relationships with senior business leaders and HR partners to deliver recruiting initiatives, programs, and share/leverage best practices.
    • Build and maintain hiring manager relationships and responsible for client satisfaction within Technology business area.
    • Manage external partnerships with diversity organizations, student & industry specific organizations as well as university contacts.
    • Understand industry and geographical competitive landscape to influence & shape future recruiting strategies in Alpharetta, GA.
    • Partner with divisional & school teams both virtually and in-person to define and execute school specific initiatives.
    • Identify, develop & execute diversity recruiting initiatives.
    • Manage & execute full life cycle recruitment process and candidate experience. This includes candidate selection, first & final round interviews, offer decision & offer extension process to ensure a positive candidate experience is delivered.
    • Lead & execute an intern program that provides a meaningful experience. This includes performance management, professional development, divisional specific & networking sessions, manager & mentor engagement.
    • Track & analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven decisions and to share results/trends with stakeholders.
    • Partner with regional and global recruiting counterparts to ensure divisional recruiting strategy is consistent across locations.
  • Qualifications

    To have the opportunity to develop your career in this role, you will need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated, relevant experience
    • Previous experience in Human Resources or Campus Recruiting preferred; work in a professional services environment or relative industry is applicable
    • Client focused individual with outstanding judgment & creative problem-solving skills
    • Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and can manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
    • Demonstrates strong project management with exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
