TEMCO LOGISTICS is looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and communicating with hiring managers. Temco is the fastest-growing premier glove solutions provider in the COUNTRY and is seeking experienced, motivated professionals to join our team! We provide final mile delivery and installation services and have an opening for a Travel Recruiter to assist with Driver, Installers, Warehouse & Office hiring!
BILINGUAL IN SPANISH IS PREFERRED!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, screen, and submit candidates for all positions.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Builds rapport with hiring managers to assess the needs of each open position.
- Become familiar with hiring locations, geography, and territory.
- Respond and verify candidate qualifications based on job description and requirements.
- Arrange management interviews by maintaining frequent communication and coordinating schedules.
- Maintain a high level of weekly candidate calls.
- Conduct in-person on-site interviews.
- Coach candidates through client interviews and provide general support.
- Maintain rapport with candidates into the placement process and 30-60 days from start date
RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Managing, facilitating and executing mass hiring events within the communities resources, such as: mixers, colleges, EDD, etc
- Phone, Virtual, and online meeting platform skills
- 30% travel to locations or hiring events
- Familiarity with relevant employment Law
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
