    Adecco is currently hiring for a Temporary Accountant for a client located in Janesville, WI. This role would be 3-6 months. This role would be 25-30 hours/week and pay starts at $31.20/hr. As a temporary Accountant you will perform advanced bookkeeping and sub professional accounting work in the maintenance of complex bookkeeping and statistical records within established policies and procedures.

    Job Duties Include:

    -Perform monthly or annual reconciliations and allocations of various assigned accounts and prepare journal entries.

    -Bi-weekly payroll processing, property tax redemptions, and balance sheet accounts.

    -Manages and assists in accounting functions for departments

    Qualifications Include:

    -Experience with Microsoft Excel

    -Previous local government is a plus but not required

    -Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
