What youll do:The intern will be exposed to the following work though the partnership with the Field Sales team:Provides clerical and administrative support for a busy Sales departmentAssistance with sales processData EntryProposal creationCoordination of client prospectingCustomer visits and cold calling activities in presence of existing/experienced sales professionalData analysis on existing pursuits to determine win themes and loss themesClient mapping experiences to understand a prospects organizational chart and how to utilize that information for sales successCommunicate to internal and external clients and colleagues with a high level of professionalism and positivityMaintain the organization of personnel files and create new folders as employees are hiredWork on special projects and tasks as assignedParticipate in weekly sales team meetings, as well as, market and region meetings (monthly/quarterly) Skills were seeking:Academic, work experience or exposure to sales and project managementAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and planning skillsSelf-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environmentAble to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team membersStrong analytical and communication skillsAttention to detail and willingness to roll-up sleeves to get the job doneProficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointBackground in sales and business developmentDesigned for individuals who desire a career in sales or sales managementStrong oral and written communication skills Preferred Educational Status:Must be in a 4 year college degree program focused on Business, Marketing, Sales, Advertising
