    Call Center Representative The Super Dentists 10 reviews - San Diego, CA 92123 $11.50 - $13.00 an hour The primary role of the Call Center Representative is to get patients to come into the office for an examination or dental treatment. Call Center Representatives should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, and be committed to achieving their predetermined goals while working within the framework of the Call Center policies. M-F & one Saturday/month. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Using excellent telephone skills to answer inbound and make outbound calls for patients. * Reminder phone calls to patients who haven't been in for 12 to 30 months. * After reminder postcards have been sent, make follow-up phone calls to patients due for their 6months check-up. * Phone calls to patients to reschedule their existing appointments. * Maintain accuracy by following the office scheduling format, updating as needed, and verifying patient insurance coverage. * Respond to patient appointment requests from dental office websites. * Using email confirmations, reschedule canceled appointments. * Demonstrating a positive attitude and doing everything you can to ensure patients' needs are met. * Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Professional verbal and written communication skills. * Proven experience in a customer service environment preferably in a dental office. * Professional and outgoing demeanor. * Ability to communicate diplomatically and tactfully in order to develop close relationships with patients * Problem solving, multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills. * Proven ability to follow directions and/or work independently and in a team environment as necessary. * Willingness to work flexible/over-time hours * Understanding of company vision and devotion to developing positive, successful and interactive patient relationship. * Ability to follow scripts QUALIFICATIONS * 1-2 years call center or front (admin) office experience preferably in dental industry * Must be fluent in English, AND Spanish * Must be a motivated, energetic, and happy person who enjoys working w/ kids and parents. * Excellent phone customer service * Must have reliable transportation. EDUCATION High school diploma/GED certified $11.50 - $13.00/hr.
