Job Description
As part of the Talent Acquisition team the TA Partner will be responsible for supporting the continued exceptional growth of our company by identifying and guiding candidates through our hiring process. Working as part of a joint APAC, US and UK Talent Acquisition team, the key responsibilities of this role include managing the end to end hiring process for our early careers roles, building and maintaining relationships with earmarked Universities and student organisations, attending Career Fairs and events while also contributing to sourcing strategies in order to achieve hiring needs. This role operates in a fast-paced, volume environment in which the ideal team member needs to be extremely organised, self-motivated, resilient and collaborative. We also like to have fun!
This role is UK based but will mainly support our hiring efforts in the USA (New York and Los Angeles) so sometimes you’ll need to work US EST hours rather than UK hours as needed - you’ll manage your own time but may need to join meetings on EST (GMT-5).

You’ll take responsibility for a proportion of our hires in one of our key business areas, so you’ll need to be the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to develop creative strategies for early careers initiatives. You’ll understand the importance of candidate experience while equally growing a partnership with the business and understanding their needs when developing these strategies. You’ll work closely with your global counterparts in Talent Acquisition and the broader HR community, working toward the same goal – maintaining our growth trajectory by attracting exceptional talent, retaining and developing our employees.
Role Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment life cycle with a strong emphasis on candidate experience
Source active and passive candidates using various recruitment channels
Gain a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our Connections business model to identify, attract, assess and retain talent
Conduct phone and virtual interviews and assessment techniques
Support our Campus Recruiter to enhance strategic partnerships with universities, organisations and student groups using data, company initiatives, and business unit needs as the selection criteria
Lead diversity initiatives by identifying underrepresented talent pipelines and sourcing strategies to engage talent
Develop and implement active sourcing strategies for recruiting graduate hires
Sustain data integrity accurate within Applicant Tracking System
Work with team members to ensure KPIs are met as an individual and as a team
Develop and manage consultative relationships with Hiring Managers and provide a high level of client service to internal stakeholders and partners
Candidate Profile
Experience managing either volume or early careers recruiting initiatives and creating tailored strategies to attract talent
Demonstrable success of direct sourcing candidates using various channels with a grasp on the end to end recruitment life cycle
Skilled in candidate assessment including phone, virtual, and in-person competency based interviews and assessment techniques
Analytical and data driven with proven track record of achieving graduate hiring targets and KPIs
Involvement with diversity, inclusion and belonging programs and/or hiring practices
Highly developed organisation, presentation and project management skills
Desire to enhance candidate experience at every opportunity
Thrives in a fast paced and highly collaborative atmosphere
Open to feedback with the capacity to implement changes to make professional improvements
Keen to learn and understand the US market with opportunities to grow to support other regions
Experience working globally is a plus but not essential
Familiarity working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, HRIS)
Able to travel from time to time
Qualifications
Recruitment background within an agency and/or RPO is advantageous
Professional written and verbal communication skills
