    Job Description

    Connections is the heart of our business, and critical to the overall success of Third Bridge. As an Associate you’ll be responsible for working on multiple client projects to source the most relevant industry experts that fit our clients needs. You’ll be utilising various platforms and once you have found the right specialists, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to them. Most often, that comes in the form of a cold call, as it can be the quickest and easiest way to get in touch and build rapport. It’s a fast-paced, target-driven working environment where people are rewarded for their hard work. 

    You will receive first class training, where we’ll help you to hone your skills and set you up for success in the role! 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Use internal and external systems to identify and engage with top professionals and subject matter experts across a number of geographies and industries
    • Reach out to new Specialists via phone to understand skills and experience 
    • Screen Specialists for their suitability for specific client projects, and create professional profiles for client consideration
    • Review and analyse client requirements and preferences to identify the most relevant subject matter experts for each project
    • Work as part of a team alongside managers to fulfill time sensitive client requests, successfully executing project objectives in specified timeframes
    • Build a sound knowledge of your market to maintain an up to date understanding of key events and trends 
    • Deliver excellent client service by being fast, responsive, thoughtful and proactive
    • Continually build and expand your networks
    • Ensure compliance with our processes and procedures
    • Assist managers with client related support requests
    • Work with managers to exceed individual targets and develop account plans
