- $13 an hour THE COMPANY Tigris Fulfillment Partners is a
privately-held national distributor of kitchen and bath products, based
in Atlanta, GA. We are building this company from scratch to address the
great opportunity in the marketplace to distribute kitchen and bath
fixtures better and faster to the nations leading big box retailers,
large e-commerce companies, and traditional kitchen and bath shops
across the country. Our service will be built on a foundation of

difference within a mature industry. THE OPPORTUNITY Our Fulfillment
Center Associatemust have a passion customer service and attention to
detail. This role requires an individual who is safety-conscious and
service-orientated. We are looking for ambitious self-starters who can
start with a new company and make an impact right away. Core processes
include receiving, put-away, picking, packaging, and fulfillment
processes. In addition, the Fulfillment Center Associate must be willing
and able to assist in any department for the greater good of the site.
Role responsibilities for our Fulfillment Center Associatewill include,
but not limited to: * Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments *
Stock the warehouse and maintain cleanliness, order and safety * Pick
materials for orders, assemble and package the materials for
shipment/pick up * Load/unload trucks and operate a forklift safely *
Deliver orders as necessary * Monitor inventory levels and stock
depletions that could impact customer service * Maintain warehouse
cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, pallets, and other
debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues. * Assist with
cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity * 8-10 hours standing,
moving, and lifting required, lifting up to 75 pounds We expect this
person to possess: * 2+ years of experience in distribution and
logistics. Fulfillment Center experience (high-volume, smaller orders)
is preferred over Distribution Center experience (pallet in, pallet
out). * High school degree or equivalent * The ability to learn to
safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment * Know
of, apply, and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material
handling environment * Outstanding customer service and communication
skills * The ability to maintain positive relationships with team
members, vendors, and customer * Commitment to greatness, strong values,
and integrity. Our ideal candidate will also: * Have, or quickly
develop, a comprehensive knowledge of product * Possess basic computer
literacy (Microsoft Word) * Have previous experience using an inventory
management system (Eclipse) * Possess the drive to assist team members
